What is NAET?
NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques) is an innovative therapeutic method developed by Dr Devi Nambudripad. This approach combines the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, homeopathy and kinesiology to treat allergies and intolerances.
The NAET technique considers that allergies result from an energetic imbalance in the body when exposed to certain substances. By rebalancing these energies, it becomes possible to permanently eliminate the allergic reaction.
How does NAET work?
1. Detection
Using muscle tests (kinesiology) to identify problematic substances and measure the body's energetic reaction.
2. Treatment
Stimulation of specific acupuncture points while the patient is in contact with the allergen to reprogram the energetic response.
3. Integration
25-hour avoidance period during which the nervous system integrates the new energetic information.
4. Verification
New test to confirm the elimination of the allergy and the restored tolerance to the treated substance.

Important Information
Avoidance period
After each treatment, it is essential to respect a 25-hour avoidance period during which you must avoid all contact with the treated substance. This period allows the nervous system to integrate the new energetic information.
Number of sessions
The number of sessions varies depending on the complexity of your situation. Some allergies can be eliminated in a single session, while others require multiple treatments. On average, expect 3 to 8 sessions to treat the basic allergies.
