Inner Liberation — Breaking Free from Repetitive Patterns

You've worked on yourself, sought help, reflected, searched. Yet something resists. What if it's time to go to the root?

Inner liberation — meditation and dissolving chains
Se libérer des schémas répétitifs pour retrouver sa pleine conscience

Do you still feel trapped by the same patterns?

Perhaps you recognise this feeling: you've worked on yourself, sought help, reflected, searched. Yet something resists. A fear that keeps returning. A relationship that replays the same scenario. A way of being you can't leave behind, even when you're clearly aware of it.

Over ten years ago, I discovered a type of healing that I now call a journey towards inner liberation. What I received was not an instant miracle, but something more precious: a new understanding of myself, a discernment I had never known.

Gradually, the conditioning, fears and wounds I carried began to lose their grip on my choices and my way of being in the world. This transformation was so profound that it became obvious to me to offer these treatments at my practice.

I continue to receive this type of treatment periodically myself. Offering these treatments doesn't mean I've 'finished' my own process — on the contrary, it means staying committed to this ongoing journey of liberation.

    What makes these treatments different

'I do nothing during the treatment.'

I like this slightly provocative statement. I don't invoke particular prayers, I don't apply any established 'method'. I am neither a guru nor the one who holds the solution to your problems.

Just because I do nothing doesn't mean nothing happens — quite the opposite. In our current world, we are constantly asked to take action, apply a method, do, do and do more. What I propose is precisely the reverse: stepping out of the dogma of believing we know what we must do to free ourselves. We know nothing, yet we think we know what is right and good for us.

During the session, I enter a space of deep listening, into what the Ayurvedic tradition calls pratibha (intuitive consciousness) and prajña (discriminating wisdom). In this total availability, information naturally emerges that helps understand the origin of the issue.

You don't have to 'believe' in the existence of these memories. I would even say that I myself constantly question my own beliefs. It is precisely this posture that allows me to remain in this awakening of 'I don't know' — a space of modest availability without fixed certainties, where truth can emerge without being altered by my own projections or convictions.

When I speak of memories, most of the time these are past life memories. Because we must go to the origin of the issue, otherwise the pattern repeats.

What happens during these sessions has only one starting point: you. Your sincere decision to evolve, grow in consciousness, free yourself from what holds you back. My role? To be fully available to what emerges, to what asks to be seen, acknowledged, dissolved.

    How do the sessions unfold?

The process unfolds in three complementary sessions:

    1. Preparation

Together we create the inner space necessary for this work.

    2. Main treatment

This is the moment where we release the attachment to the memories that hold you back.

    3. Harmonisation

A time for integration and anchoring of this transformation.

The most difficult moment? Making the appointment.

Paradoxically, the most demanding step is not the treatment itself. It's the decision to make an appointment. That moment when you consciously choose to explore your memories, to look at what asks to be released.

When you walk through the door of my practice, the hardest part is already done. The healing has already begun — from the moment you decided to act for yourself.

    A necessary warning

The spiritual domain has its pitfalls. The state, academic medicine, the Church warn against certain practices — and they are right to do so.

I am not here to feed new-age curiosities or offer an 'exotic' experience. This journey is not done 'just like that', out of curiosity. It requires a sincere intention, a commitment to oneself, a willingness to welcome what can sometimes be overwhelming.

    Dissolve, not suppress

The goal is not to erase your memories — whether they come from this life or from the akashic records. The goal is to dissolve their unconscious hold on your present life.

If you recognise yourself in these words — if you feel that something in you has been resisting for too long, that you've been going in circles despite all your efforts — perhaps the time has come to go to the root.

We often remain prisoners of a past that no longer exists. We replay inherited patterns, react from old wounds. By raising your level of consciousness, these memories stop directing your actions compulsively. You regain your freedom of choice.

'I move, everything moves' — Escaping the illusion of stagnation

Stagnation is a mental illusion. We sometimes feel stuck, motionless in our lives. Yet life itself never stops — it is perpetual movement.

When you transform your inner state — 'I move' — your perception of reality is instantly freed, because you align with the perpetual movement of life — 'everything moves'.

You don't create change — you simply stop resisting the natural flow of life.

This is precisely what happens during these treatments: you step out of mental fixation, dissolve inner crystallisations, and rediscover that you are already in motion.

    The humility of the process

Sometimes, though rarely, changes don't occur... at least not as you wish. Change is decided by you — not in your mind, but in a deeper dimension of your being.

It's almost a playful teaching from Life itself, gently reminding us that we fundamentally don't know what is good and right for us. Some will dissolve enormous amounts during a treatment, others just a little.

This reality forces me too to remain humble in this process. My mind sometimes projects a wish of transformation for the person I'm accompanying, but sometimes that's not what unfolds. And it's a learning for both of us: Life knows better than our conscious will what needs to be released, and when.

    An invitation, not a promise

I don't promise you a miracle. I continue to walk my own path, no longer attaching to these memories or identifying with them.

What I offer you is a total presence, a safe space where your own process of liberation can unfold.

If you feel ready to go to the root of what holds you back — if something in you resonated while reading these words — then this invitation is addressed to you.
