9. Consultation Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
If you arrive late, the session will be shortened accordingly but charged at the full rate. Beyond 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and charged at 50%.
