Article 2 - Scope of application
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the site https://ctca.ch for the purchase of:
- Bach Flower elixirs (individual and combinations)
- Gift vouchers for consultations
- Any other product or service offered in the online shop
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read these terms and accepts them without reservation.
Article 3 - Prices and payment methods
3.1 Prices
- Prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and represent the final price payable (all taxes included) in accordance with the Swiss Ordinance on Price Indication (OIP)
- CTCA is not subject to Swiss VAT (turnover below the legal threshold of CHF 100,000.-): no Swiss VAT is charged or shown on invoices
- Deliveries outside Switzerland (European Union and rest of the world): displayed prices exclude import taxes. Import VAT, any customs duties and clearance fees in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient customer and are collected by the carrier upon delivery
- Shipping costs are indicated separately before final order validation
- Free delivery in Switzerland for orders over CHF 50.-
- CTCA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, subject to already confirmed orders
3.2 Payment methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Secure payment via Stripe
- Payment is required at the time of ordering
- The order is only validated after payment confirmation
Article 4 - Delivery
4.1 Delivery areas
We ship from Lausanne (Switzerland) to the following destinations: Switzerland and Liechtenstein, all European Union member states, as well as the rest of the world (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Oceania, Africa, Middle East).
4.2 Delivery times
- All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days
- Switzerland: 2 to 4 business days (Swiss Post)
- European Union: 4 to 8 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination
- Times may vary depending on destination, customs checks and high-demand periods
4.3 Shipping costs and customs duties
- Switzerland: CHF 5.00 per shipment, free from CHF 50.- of purchase
- European Union: rate calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination (from approximately CHF 12)
- Rest of the world: the rate displayed is indicative; the final shipping cost is confirmed after the order (see art. 4.5)
- Customs duties and import taxes: for any delivery outside Switzerland, any customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient customer
- Gift vouchers are sent by email and incur no shipping costs
4.4 Order reception
The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. Any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing products) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
4.5 Confirmation of shipping costs for the rest of the world
For orders shipped to the rest of the world (outside Switzerland and the European Union), the shipping rate displayed at checkout is an indicative rate. Within 24 to 48 business hours after your order, we personally contact you by email to communicate the final shipping cost, calculated based on the exact weight, the chosen carrier and your full address. You then have the option to confirm the order at the final rate, adjust its content, or cancel free of charge with a full refund. Dispatch only takes place after your explicit validation of the final rate.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal and returns

In summary:
- 14 calendar days right of withdrawal from product receipt
- Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging
- Bach Flowers with broken seals cannot be returned (hygiene reasons)
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable once issued
Article 6 - Consultation cancellation policy
The following conditions apply to all consultations and treatments booked at the CTCA practice:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or no-shows will be charged in full
- If you arrive late, the session will be shortened accordingly but charged at the full rate
- Beyond 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and charged at 50%
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend

Article 7 - Warranties and liability
7.1 Legal warranties
All our products benefit from the following legal warranties:
- Conformity warranty: Products must conform to the description
- Hidden defects warranty: Protection against defects not apparent at time of purchase
7.2 Liability limitation
- Bach Flowers are wellness supplements and do not replace medical treatment
- CTCA cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use of products
- It is advisable to consult a health professional if in doubt
7.3 Storage and use
Bach Flowers should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. Respect the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
Article 8 - Personal data protection
Personal data collected during ordering (name, address, email, phone) is necessary for processing your order and delivery.
In accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.

Article 9 - Intellectual property
All content on the site https://ctca.ch (texts, images, logos, graphics) is protected by copyright and belongs to CTCA or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the site or its content is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Article 10 - Dispute resolution
10.1 Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be subject to Swiss law.
10.2 Amicable settlement
In case of complaint, the customer is invited to contact CTCA first to seek an amicable solution.

10.3 Competent jurisdiction
In case of persistent dispute, the courts of the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland) shall have sole jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
Article 11 - Modification of terms
CTCA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site.
Ongoing orders remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of order validation.
